Rosie Rivera, a victim of her brother-in-law, recounted during an interview the first abuse she had suffered from her brother-in-law Trino Marín: “Chiquis and I were playing Barbies, and he came in. He asked her to come out and she asked me if I wanted to play, let’s play love games and she brought a quilt. He started kissing my neck and touching where no one had touched me”.

For her part, Chiquis Rivera revealed how her father sexually abused her from 8 to 12 years old : “We were coming from the beach and when I went to the bathroom to bathe and get the sand out, he came in and sat me naked between his legs. There it happened for the first time”.
Jacqie Rivera: Victim 3
In 1997, after the first two confessions, it was also found that he also abused his other daughter, Jacqie when she went for the physical examination.
The court trial lasted for a year which technically was until Trino was declared guilty of sexual abuse. He was sentenced to 31 years to life imprisonment. The court ordered nine counts of felonies, three counts of child abuse, one count of sexual abuse, one count of repeated sexual abuse, and three counts of oral intercourse with a child.
The entire Marin family was present in court, including the children, at the hearing. His eldest daughter, Chiquis, who was the victim of rape, said: “I would just like to tell my father that I love him and forgive him. I may not think I love him, but I do. ” She was abused between the ages of 8 and 12, but she still loves her father.
8. Death of ex-wife in plane crash:
On December 9, 2012, Jenni died in a plane crash. He was traveling on a Learjet 25, but the plane crashed near Monterrey, Mexico. She, along with six other passengers on board, died from this accident. Jenni was in town for her musical performance. Unfortunately, the event did not end well due to this incident. She was buried on December 31, 2012 in her Long Island hometown at All Souls Cemetery.
